Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size/weight of the order. Inside Dhaka, standard delivery fees range from ৳60 to ৳100, while outside Dhaka delivery fees range from ৳100 to ৳150. For special or bulk items, charges may vary and will be shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or sale seasons.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Our team will process and package your item(s).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep!
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You’ll receive your sales receipt via email after placing your order. You can also view and download it anytime from your Onnosob.com account dashboard under “My Orders.”
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
During checkout, you’ll find an option to mark the order as a gift. Select this, and we’ll include a gift receipt without price information in the package. You can also add a personalized message.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Some items (e.g., hygiene products, food items) may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product return policies.
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. You’ll be notified via email/SMS once the refund is issued.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, refunds are processed using the same method used for payment (e.g., card, mobile banking, etc.). If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will transfer the refund to your mobile wallet or bank account.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, Onnosob.com only delivers within Bangladesh. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How can I return an item?
To initiate a return:
Log in to your Onnosob.com account
Go to My Orders > Select the item > Click on “Return Item”
Follow the prompts and choose your return method
You may need to drop off the product at a designated point or wait for a pickup.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Absolutely. We ensure that all products listed match their description and photos. However, due to lighting or screen settings, slight color variations may occur.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We restock popular items frequently. You can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get alerts as soon as the item becomes available again.
